Important update, Electrodes are classed as consumables and to keep the warranty validated, it is essential to replace them privately every 2 years hence electrodes are not covered under warranty.

The service details should be recorded on the Benchmark, Service and Interim Boiler Work Record and left with the householder. A valid confirmation of the service carried out must also be forwarded to the manufacturers.

Failure to comply with the manufacturers’ servicing instructions and requirements will invalidate the customers warranty.
